Further to the NC, Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani, offered to conduct two Entry-level pilot MIL trainings. One General Training for a group of M. Ed scholars and one Targetted Training of Trainers (TOT) for development stakeholders and senior academics. Both were completed in early 2015 and have pioneered MIL training in India, including developing the first pilot Entry-level Basic and Extended Curricula.
